Ynys Hywel

8 Miles moderate walk

Starts from car park overlooking the river at the entrance to the public park at Cross Keys (opposite the entrance to the rugby club)

The walk takes us over the ridge and then along the contours overlooking Machen, Bedwas and Caerphilly.  We then cross back over the ridge descending to Ynys Hywel following the Sirhowy River and the trail back to our start.
