A gentle ascent through fields up to Gelligaer common.  Along the common and then descend into the park at Bedlinog. We then follow along the hillside dropping down to the Climbing Centre and continue past the lakes.

Directions: Go into the center of Nelson and take the B4255 for Bedlinog.

After reaching the 20 mph limit through Trelewis turn left for the Community Centre.
