SUMMARY:Van Road Trail
DESCRIPTION:An 8 mile walk along Cefn On Ridge and Caerphilly mountain.  The route takes us through the forestry onto Rudry common and onward passing Rudry Church and reaching the ridgeway..We follow this crossing the Caerphilly mountain road near the Travellers’ Rest.  And walk through the golf course to reach the top of Caerphilly Mountain.
