Looping inland with a coffee break at St. Donat’s Church to rejoin the coast path near Nash Point Lighthouse. Return along the coast path passing Atlantic College. There are toilets and a cafe at the car park. \nWalking poles might be useful on one short stretch across a rocky beach.  Views across the Bristol Channel are the main feature of the walk

It goes around the lake and then skirts low down on the adjoining hillside giving views of the Beacons and surrounding mountains. Toilets and cafe at start/finish point. \nNOTE:– The route has been amended from previous years to avoid the ‘jungle trek’ through the overgrown bracken (and the climb up through the farm to the lunch stop). It reduces the length of the walk by 1 mile. However those who are keen can follow the original loop and rejoin the main group.
