Cwm Darren Hillside

A 4 mile walk starting from Parc Cwm Darren.

Heading north from the cafe along the old railway line,  we then circle back along the opposite hillside for a break near the stone marking the limit of Lord Bute’s mineral rights.  We then continue, along the recent track, to see the landscaping work on the waterfall and pool . Our route then takes us back through the forest just above the lake back to the start.
